PRIVACY & DATA

Privacy Policy

A plain-language explanation of what this site collects and why, written the way I'd actually explain it, not the way a template would.

The short version

This is a one-person studio, not an ad business. Nothing here is sold, shared with advertisers, or used to build a profile of you across other sites. What's collected is either something you typed into a form yourself, or anonymous usage patterns that help me understand how the site is doing.

When you send an inquiry

The contact form sends your name, email, and project details straight to my inbox as an email. It isn't stored in a database, it exists only in that email, the same as if you'd emailed me directly.

The free site audit

The URL you enter is sent to Google's PageSpeed Insights API to generate the report shown to you. It's not saved anywhere on my end unless you choose to attach that report to a contact inquiry, at which point it's included in the email, same as above.

Anonymous analytics

Visits are logged anonymously: which pages were viewed, how long, how far you scrolled, which links were clicked, an approximate country (from Cloudflare, not GPS), and a general device/browser type. There's a random ID stored in your browser's local storage to distinguish one visitor from another, and it isn't tied to your name, email, or anything identifying. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, none of this is collected at all.

Cookies

The public site doesn't use tracking cookies. The anonymous analytics above run on browser local storage instead. The only cookie in use is a single secure session cookie on the password-protected dashboard, used solely to keep me signed in to my own analytics.

Who else sees it

Three services are involved in running this site: Resend (delivers the contact form as an email), Google PageSpeed Insights (powers the audit tool), and Cloudflare (hosting, plus where the anonymous analytics are stored). None of them are ad networks, and none of them get anything beyond what's described above.

Your options

Browsers with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control enabled are automatically excluded from analytics, no action needed. For anything else, including asking what's on file or having it removed, just reach out via the contact form .
